Position 1: Area Sales Manager (CA Sales) – Karachi

Engro Polymer & Chemicals is actively looking for an Area Sales Manager who will work in Karachi and be responsible for the sale of Chlor-Alkali products. The person who gets the job will take care of the sales operation and also work on growing the sales of the Chlor-Alkali products in the markets assigned. This job includes building and nurturing strong ties with the current customers, finding and going after new opportunities, and carrying out market evaluations. Also, the Area Sales Manager will help with the recovery of funds. The Area Sales Manager will be in charge of the whole sales process from beginning to end, will guarantee the customer’s satisfaction, and will be the main contact for the clients while working very closely with the internal teams to ensure the highest level of service, highest operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of processes.

The candidates who wish to be considered for this position are required to have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field, as well as 2-3 years of applicable B2B sales experience. Any experience in selling industrial or chemical products, excellent negotiation skills, the ability to maintain good relations, and the capability of communicating effectively will be regarded as a great plus.

Position 2: Imports Officer – Head Office, Karachi

Engro Corporation Limited is currently seeking for a gifted and careful Imports Officer to be appointed at its Head Office in Karachi. The new hire will be responsible for supervising and aiding the entire import operations of the company. The major duties will consist of verifying compliance with regulations, communicating with customs for clearance, and accelerating the movement of shipments and overseeing the timely delivery of raw materials, spare parts, and capital equipment to the plant. The imports officer will be working together with banks, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), customs, clearing and forwarding agents, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to achieve import operations that are smooth, compliant, and cost-effective while keeping business continuity uninterrupted.

Professionals with 3-4 years of practical experience in imports, customs clearance, and trade compliance will be preferred to those who have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related subject. Familiarity with SBP regulations, LC handling, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and SAP systems will be advantageous.
