REQUIREMENTS
- Qualification: BBA, B. Com
- Experience: 3 to 5 years experience.
- Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
- MS Excel Skills: Excellent
- Salary Package: Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 80,000/-
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing of vendor, utility, salary, and other payments, including the handling of imprest and petty cash, will be done by the finance department. In addition, the finance department will prepare and submit the Income Tax, Sales Tax, EOBI, and Social Security challans as well as online statements. Working capital finance payments will be managed along with their related records. Salary certificates will be issued and tax compliance will be ensured. BPVs will be entered and daily/monthly bank reconciliations will be conducted. The checking and disbursing of monthly salaries, as well as the handling of final settlements, will be the responsibility of the finance department. Personal (accounts) files of employees will be maintained and staff bonus details will be prepared. Head office expenses will be managed and petty cash reconciled. Records will be kept and timely payment of telephone/mobile bills and EVO wingles will be ensured. Provident Fund audit accounts will be prepared and audit completion will be ensured within the set time frame.
