JOB SUMMARY:Â To take care of the media presence of Ziauddin Hospital on social media, increase penetration & perform community management in a way to bring the predetermined brand penetration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As well as guiding and teaching the digital media team, you will also be working closely with the creatives.
- Allocate the media budgets based on the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Carry out the given KPIs and KRAs in line with the overall brand experience.
- Revise, keep and scrutinize social media content over all communication channels to achieve the desired outcome.
- You should report the gradual increase in various parameters such as reach, recall, convertibility, CTR, and other metrics at regular intervals.
- Study and evaluate competitor’s social media activities and recommend how to neutralize them.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Solid grasp of essential tools and metrics of social media which encompass Google ads, Meta, X.com, Snapchat, and the like.
- Raising the organic and paid reach of the content through social media.
- English proficiency & social media language and jargon comprehension.
- Successful history of social media branding or rebranding.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s (Business or Creative design)
- Professional Qualification:Â certification/Diploma of Google/ Meta/ Professional institute
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience. Proven record of handling multiple digital media platforms
NOTE: This is full time ONSITE position.
